Using the Profile Design Sonic Ergo 35a Aerobar is a breeze. First, adjust the armrest width to your comfort. You can set it anywhere from 124mm to 290mm in 18.5mm steps when the extensions are at 100mm. Then, adjust the armrest offset from - 70mm to - 2.5mm in 7.5mm steps. If you need more height, use the aftermarket riser kit to increase the armrest stack from 60mm to 130mm in 5mm increments. To adjust the extension length and rotation, simply use the top bolt. When installing, make sure to use the correct torque settings: 6Nm for the bar clamp and extension clamp, and 4.7Nm for the armrest bolts. As for maintenance, keep the aerobar clean. Wipe it down after each use to remove dirt and sweat. Check the bolts regularly to ensure they are tight, but be careful not to over - tighten them. Store it in a dry place when not in use to prevent rust and damage.
